[/lvca_panel][lvca_panel panel_title=”What are the power requirements for all of your saunas?”]

[/lvca_panel][lvca_panel panel_title=”I’m getting a C5 error on my keypad’s display.”]

1. If you are seeing this when using the Halo One in tandem with your sauna, it is due to the smoke detector in the sauna.

2. The smoke detector would need to be disconnected to clear the error.

3. The smoke detector wire is a 3 wire black/red/purple. It’s the only one that is this color. and would need to be disconnected from the power supply.

[/lvca_panel][lvca_panel panel_title=”What is the best way to protect my indoor sauna that I want to put outside?”]

We strongly recommend purchasing one of our units specifically built for outdoor use.  Sauna covers and the like do exist however, not guaranteed to fully protect an inside unit that has been placed outdoors.  Placing an indoor sauna outside may void the Limited Lifetime Warranty if exposed the elements.

[/lvca_panel][lvca_panel panel_title=”There is a gap between the hinges allowing heat to escape, am I missing a seal?”]

The gap between the glass on the hinged side of the door is normal and is necessary to allow proper clearance for the hinges to open/close. While this does allow a small amount of heat to escape, it will not affect the overall performance of the sauna.
